Pole Fitness is the latest keep-fit craze on the planet. It's excellent for upper body strength and toning. In fact, a lot of celebrities recommend pole fitness to lose weight, e.g. Jessica Alba, Kim Kardashian, Sigourney Weaver..and the list is long. Pole dancing/fitness has been around for quite some time - it has gotten more attention lately because celebrities embrace it for fitness and/or weight loss. It's also a sport and yes, most recently, a group/community has petitioned the committee to make it an Olympic sport. So what does this mean for you? Much like any rdfX program, we make it easy, fun and comfortable for you. There is absolutely no dancing skills required - no pre-requisites at all (of course you'd have to be healthy to engage in any fitness activity). The class is 45 minutes in duration. 20-25 minutes will be warm up exercises on the floor so bring a YOGA mat. The rest is pole fitness workout. You're in for some kickin' ab and upper body workout! It's all about YOU - developing the HOTTER YOU both PHYSICALLY and MENTALLY! For our intro programs, we will be offering 'Sexy Chair Dance' and 'Pussy Cat Dolls Poles'. Please check our calendar.
