ABOUT US
Hello!  Here's a brief description of our Zumba instructor Glenda.

Glenda has been dancing since she was 5.  She's been choreographing since 3rd grade - folk, pop,
hip hop, funk, rock (yes, rock!), cha-cha (yes, this is a must in her family...gotta know the cha-cha
or you're na-da!), jazz, tango, salsa, merengue or any music she could get her hands (or feet)
on...and yes, she'll make you watch whether you like it or not.

With her love of dance and music, you would've thought she majored in Dance or Music...nope, gotta
take the business route so she studied Economics and Statistics.  Yes, she loves math, too.  Glenda
believes (in her own mind) there is so much counting and science in dancing...so numbers and
dance/music work together so well.

Outside her business career and Zumba, Glenda is also an active participant of her community:  1)
President of Central MA Filipino-American Association 2) Big Brother Big Sister volunteer 3) has
been an officer of a number of clubs/organizations 4) volunteers/supports causes related to
immigration rights, underprivileged kids, cancer research, seniors wellness/care, health and fitness,
(what else?...there is so much good we can do to this world...what are you doing?).  Glenda is also a
Wien international scholar (heard it? Wikipedia it!  You'll be surprised!) thru Brandeis University  -
and she's very grateful to the Wien family for making a difference in her life...hope she can
re-pay their kindness one day.

To Glenda's family, friends and YOU (you know who you are!) - thanks loads for being such a light
of inspiration and energy everyday.  YOU keep me going.
